Most of what you don't find on the official website, you will find here. Thottbot is a WoW database for pretty much everything. If you're having trouble with a quest, this is the place to go. Complete item and quest database, profession guides.

Another great information database, this one has more of a focus on text in general. Excellent advice and crosslinking so you can easily find out everything you want to know, and probably a number of things you didn't as well. Great dungeon guides as well.
