The Whisperwind Alliance is a gathering of exceptional beings who have demonstrated skill, bearing, and most importantly moral excellence! While the Alliance mainly consists of guilds with a high standard as to the character of their members, there are also a growing number of independants who have shown themselves worthy through their actions. The alliance for Warhammer will be founded on the same principles, and with the same standards.
